With growing concerns about the constantly evolving coronavirus
(COVID-19) pandemic, Exactly Chiropractic is committed to
maintaining a safe, clean and healthy environment for all our
patients, clients and employees.
Exactly Chiropractic would like to reassure all of our patients that the
clinic is operating as usual. Chiropractic is an AHPRA registered
primary health care provider and as such we are classed as an
essential business.
We appreciate the anxiety that has arisen due to this pandemic. Rest
assured, to keep you and everyone at our clinic safe, we have
implemented enhanced practices for a healthy clinical environment.
We are adhering to national guidelines for cleanliness, sanitation and
social distancing. As usual, all practitioners wash and sanitise their
hands before and after every consultation.
In line with mandatory government guidelines, all practitioners and
chiropractic assistants are wearing masks while at the clinic.
All touchable surfaces are wiped down multiple times each day with
disinfectant.
Hand sanitiser is available in reception and all treatment rooms.
Social distancing measures have been implemented in all public
areas of our clinic. All toys and magazines have been removed
from the waiting room.
If any practitioner or team member is feeling unwell, they will
stay at home.
You can choose to wait in your car for your appointment. Our
reception staff will call you when your treatment room is cleaned
and ready for your appointment.
Where possible please pay by ‘tap and go.
To our valued patients we also ask for your cooperation in the following
ways:
- In line with mandatory government guidelines, please wear a face
masks while attending the clinic. - Use the hand sanitisers provided at the front desk and within all
treatment rooms, or alternatively the hand washing facilities. - If you are experiencing any flu-like symptoms, please reschedule
your appointment and seek medical attention. - Please cover coughs and sneezes, dispose of tissues and keep
your hands clean.
